Kieckhefer Property Management was established in 1988, giving us over 20 years’ experience in the business. Our first purchase was located in the growing city of Tempe, Arizona. The purchase included the acquisition of a 9-building complex. Under the new ownership, business thrived and so came the purchase of more properties throughout the Valley in Tempe and Mesa.
More recently, we began constructing our own buildings in the ever-fast growing city of Chandler. Located just off of the 101 and Frye Rd., the demand has been steadily growing for years. With area amenities including easy access to Loop 101 and Loop 202, close proximity to the popular Chandler Fashion Center, Costco, Target, Sears and Best Buy, and nearby, popular restaurants, you don't have to look far to see the advantages of renting here.
Phase I consisted of 6 new, light industrial buildings, combining for a staggering ±96,000 SF. Phase II began shortly afterwards with the building of a class 'A' office building. Truly a beautiful sight, the two-story, ±31,000 SF office building boasts first-class amenities, combined with a wonderful location.
Phase III marked the beginning of the Chandler 101 Business Center. With construction on two more light industrial buildings just finishing, the Chandler 101 Business Center has become the centerpiece in the still-developing area. Furthermore, construction will soon begin on the next addition to the Chandler 101 Business Center - two three-story class 'A' office buildings, each containing ±75,000 SF of brand new office space.
With our office located on-site in Tempe, our tenants are provided with the comfort of quality assurance and quick response to any problems that may arise. While your business is growing, having to stop operations for any reason can have lasting effects and be hugely damaging. However, our tenants rest assured knowing we are just around the corner, ready to assist in any way possible. Furthermore, with the majority of our properties debt free, our tenants know that support is easily found - especially in these difficult economic times. As long-term owners, we're consistently making improvements to our properties to out due industry standards and tenant expectations.
